The Offshore Banking Act of the Cook Islands provides comprehensive security and confidentiality for customers of Capital Security Bank. Cook Islands law makes it an offense for any person to divulge information in relation to any banking business, or in relation to any account, where the consent of the customer is otherwise required. No government official may require the disclosure of individual account information, and Capital Security Bank does not operate within any jurisdiction other than the Cook Islands.
